This is so real. Short-form content isn’t “bad” by itself, but constant exposure trains the brain to expect nonstop stimulation. Depth starts to feel uncomfortable.
I’ve noticed the same thing—long reads, films, even conversations require relearning patience. Attention is a muscle, and we’re unintentionally letting it weaken.
Intentional consumption > endless scrolling. Dopamine is cheap; focus is gold. 🧠✨
