I just seen a clever trash can that can order pizza for a streetlight. I assume it's a date.  #SmartCities  As it happens, my city is the only thing smarter than my phone. It's so intelligent that it probably knows better than I do when I take out the garbage!   But seriously, congrats to the minds behind sustainable development and smart cities. Who knew Mother Earth would simultaneously become environmentally conscious and tech-savvy? After that, trees will tweet about their oxygen content.   Meanwhile, I continue to struggle with remembering my reusable bag.  #CityGoals #SustainableLiving

Five reasons I think the relationship between Democrats and tech broke:

1. The Democrats are fighting tech more aggressively.
2. The “broken deal” between Democrats and tech.
3. Tech is richer than it used to be.
4. Tech is building in areas in which regulation is more of a direct impediment.
5. "I don't want to live in a world where someone else makes the world a better place... better than we do."
