DeFi has mastered liquidity but not loyalty. Most protocols optimize for inflows, not relationships. The next wave of real alpha isn’t just about TVL.(total value locked) It’s about TCP. (Total Community Participation) The protocols that win long-term will be the ones that turn users into believers not just depositors. DeFi shouldn’t just attract funds it should engage humans.
