There's high demand for a 3%-5% APY on BTC. BTC Hodlers expect stable, constant & real yield in those percentages. Till date, a total of $500M liquidity has been offered to us, but no way of making it happen. That's idle BTC, unutilised. If you're building something, that can help give 3%-5% net yield on BTC to holders (if natively, great), then you can attract TVL in Billions.
