Farcaster should have (near-)unlimited length messages like twitter.

Having used it for a while, I feel like twitter's long message feature improves its user experience and its usefulness for high quality discussion.

We've asked readers if they like long tweets from a UX standpoint and most people prefer to read a longer post in a browser / link vs. in feed.

I think the question formulation is important:
If you ask ppl if they want to read long tweets, probably most ppl will say no.
If you ask the same ppl if they would like to have more characters to write their thoughts, probably most of them would say yes.

It's a matter of finding the right balance. Rn feels too short
