@alixkun

I was reading a few takes last week from users disappointed in the new direction Farcaster has been taking over the past few month (social trading, with a heavy emphasis on trading). I know we've been joking about the "opportunity for another client" thing, but deep down, I think that the Merkle team alienating part of its community is actually what Farcaster needed. When there are enough frustrated users, that's when a potential audience for a new client forms itself. If everyone was satisfied with Farcaster (the client), there'd be little incentive to make the jump. Building a client that's focused on social interactions and toning down (muting?) the noise around tokens would have an instant PMF if I believe what I see on my feed. Who's building that?
