more updates on mcprobe: - safe by default. skips dangerous tools automatically unless you explicitly ask. point it at any server without worrying it'll break something. - shows its work. every report tells you what was checked, what was skipped and why. - fairer scores. normalized, percentage-based now. compare any two servers and trust number. - critical issues, front and center. every report opens with a clear warning, "⚠ 4 tools silently accept bad input" or a clean "✓ no critical issues"
