i keep seeing clickbait titles like "ai will destroy your company" technology is just a tool that can leverage biz models. it doesn’t magically add value to your business with one simple implementation. if you don’t understand your fundamentals, it won’t work ai won’t save your company. ai won’t destroy your company either just because you didn’t add it today first, take a breath. understand where you are, what your core business actually does and which parts can be automated. define those flows clearly. only after that should you integrate ai into those workflows being early doesn’t matter as much as people think. quality and mindset always matter more
