whenever i talk to people who want to do more and are high agency, it's almost always corporate system blocking them. that's why i'm here. if something takes 10 minutes, you don't need a 1 hour meeting with 10 people. a few suggestions for small-mid startups: - hire high agency individuals. they may not have 10+ years at meta, check cvs carefully, look at what they executed and with how much budget - build a proper team structure. eg. non-tech people shouldn't be pitching features directly to devs. you need a bridge: a pm - let people run experiments and measure results. if something doesn't work, don't do it again, wrong time or wrong method - there are proven playbooks. don't fight them, apply them - if your product has core problems, don't waste money on kols. fix product first - don't improve existing features nobody uses. instead, go 10x on the ones people love i could say more
