my friend texted me last night saying he wants to start over like completely new life new habits new mindset and all that and I told him that sounds great but itās hard to escape from yourself he said maybe starting over isnāt about changing who you are but forgiving the parts that got stuck I didnāt know what to say back to that but Iāve been thinking about it all day
