Alt sz is happening in #Nasdag, when #altcoin ?
This is the familiar cash flow funnel that I often share with you. But there has been a change, I have added Nasdag 100 to the top of this cash flow funnel for the following reasons:
- Crypto is increasingly tied to the traditional financial market, so the cash flow connection is becoming clearer.
I put the Nasdag 100 index at the top of the funnel because it has many similarities with Bitcoin and crypto. They are all technology groups,
- Currently, there have appeared many technology stocks originating from crypto such as: Coinbase, MicroStrategy, Circle USDC, Block Inc, ...
- Put it at the top of the funnel because the total capitalization of Nasdag100 is around ~30,000B$, nearly 5 times higher than the capitalization of the entire crypto market at the present time.
And one principle that I have always told you, money will flow from places with high liquidity to places with low liquidity. 17 replies
