App Idea: RepSync – Onchain Reputation for Real-World Freelancers
Problem: Freelancers on Upwork/Fiverr build reputations, but those stay locked in centralized platforms. There’s no way to verify or carry that trust into Web3.
Solution: RepSync lets freelancers import verified work data (projects, ratings, feedback) and mint it as a non-transferable Soulbound Reputation Token (SRT), linked to their wallet. Their experience becomes portable and trustless.
Why it matters: It enables Web3-native hiring. DAOs and decentralized teams can instantly verify skills without relying on CVs or platforms.
