Of course, most people were waiting for a full-fledged alt-season, growth in their assets, which they seemed to be gaining at the bottom, but it happened, a general disappointment. I read smart people, they say that in the 4th quarter the market will go up. But as practice has shown, no one knows anything, it’s just guesswork.
