Today, the fastest way to deposit USDC on an L2 to a CEX (except Coinbase?) is: USDC on an L2 -> USDC on BNB Chain -> USDT -> deposit Takes a minute for each action. Direct deposits from the L2s take over an hour to finalize on the CEX. This is why we need fast L1 finality.
