Taleb does not use the term "white swan" directly in his books; however, based on the philosophy of the "black swan," one could say that "white swans" represent familiar and frequently occurring situations on which one can rely for forecasting and planning. These are events that follow a normal probability distribution and do not lead to radical changes within the system. In terms of the philosophy of "white swans," it involves the ability to notice opportunities in everyday life and to take advantage of those situations that appear predictable and manageable. #Taleb #Swan
