I’m currently one week post caffeine detox and I must say that the difference between week 2 of the detix and this week has been very hard to notice I’m a tad disappointed, to be honest, maybe I should’ve gone for longer or I have that cool caffeine tolerance gene

Little thing for everybody, huge thing for me, in my 23 years of life, struggling with being fat, immobile, fearful of heights and falling, I’ve never climbed a tall tree on my own, with no fear. Wholesome achievement of this weekend’s nature retreat 💪🏻

Inspired by three days of very bad sleep and also @prberg ‘s initiative, I’ve started a two-week caffeine detox this wednesday ☕️ Currently very sleepy during pretty much every moment of the day, but I’ll get there 🥱

Officially a week into my caffeine detox and I cannot say I’m noticing any significant benefits. My sleep is not noticeably better I’m restless and bouncing my foot I’m very often sleepy I get tired way earlier So no effects aside from withdrawal symptoms. Will try another week
