🛡️ I used to think adoption would come from incentives. Now it feels much simpler than that. If something is easy to use and doesn’t feel stressful, people come back. If it doesn’t, they leave — no matter how good the tech is. There’s a big difference between being early and being wrong. The only way to tell the difference is time and consistency.
