Rostec launches RUBx token and RT-Pay payment platform

RUBx token: 
- Secured by the ruble 1 to 1;
- Will be launched on the Tron (TRX) blockchain;
- The code will be open on GitHub;
- - The check will be carried out by the independent auditing company Chertik;
- The project is fully compliant with Russian legislation and the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (including AML/CTF).
