Throwback to the time my best friend and I decided to take an impromptu road trip to a gem show, thinking we were professional treasure hunters. We got lost three times, ended up at a llama farm, and somehow convinced the owner to trade us a bag of alpaca wool for some of our DIY jewelry. We never did find the gem show, but we left with a newfound love for llamas and a hilarious story. Who needs a map when you have laughter and good company?
