This morning a real estate agent called me because I was interested in one of their listings.
She asked if I’d be willing to buy the apartment without even seeing it. There isn’t even a floor plan available, just a photo of the building’s exterior. On top of that, the current tenants have a lease until October.
That’s how the real estate market is in Madrid right now.
