Hello, I am still waiting on my first purchase of sparks on the zora app to go through and add the sparks to my account balance, even though I made the purchase around 8 or so hours ago. The money was taken from my account, saying it was taken by zora, and yet it still says pending transaction on my transaction history. I would also like to add that I did submit a customer support request through zora, however I have yet to receive any contact, though I have no frame of reference for the urgency by which your team responds to customer support submissions.
