The heat finally fades in the late afternoon, and the countryside turns so peaceful and gentle around dusk. It’s always my favorite time of day—right when everything feels perfect, that’s when I gotta pack up and head back. Kinda bittersweet, but it makes me appreciate these quiet moments even more.
Life’s a lot like a long road trip. It’s not always about rushing to the next stop. Slow down. Notice the small things. The way light falls through trees, the sound of gravel under your feet.
One of our friends immediately replied that he knew a place that was both snazzy and very wonky. He told us about Johnson Canyon Road, in southern Utah.
