closing the year with what some might call a ‘failure,’ but for us, it’s been a journey full of lessons over the past months, @mctflurry and i have been fully focused on building drift.money our vision was clear: enabling seamless IRL stablecoin payments by addressing the merchant side but through conversations and exploration, we realized this wasn’t enough: consumer demand also needs to be stimulated to shift behavior, we saw the need for a loyalty-driven experience with rewards, cashback, and gamification, similar to credit card networks but this raised a key question: why should this be built onchain? 🤔 without a clear answer, we decided to step back, rethink, and refine grateful for the lessons and looking forward to what’s ahead in 2025 one thing i’m sure: you’ll see builders.garden and @urbe-eth cooking a lot 🫡
