For those of you on Warp, how would you attract web2 talent to web3/crypto companies, where would you start?
I love this and this should be the standard! Similarly: new recruiting hire: conduct a phone screen and pitch the company to leaders or their team on their first day new sales hire (depending on the role): conduct a product demo or go through a lead generation exercise on their first day
Web3 companies that maintain a presence on X/Twitter but lack a presence on Farcaster are missing out on engaging with the passionate and talented crypto community active on here. I feel like its a no-brainer, why arent Web3 companies casting on Farcaster, but rely heavily on X/Twitter's social presence?
I'm seeing more and more fundraising happening post-Series A. The market is due for an upswing in Tech hiring and a favourable IPO landscape, given a dry IPO market in the last few years 🔥
