mcdonald's france is offering limited edition international menu items atm and the canadian one is expectedly poutine but for some reason they're calling it frites Γ la quΓ©bΓ©coise instead... any idea why? πβοΈ

wowow, are they good straight up? and are the fried ones just like mozzarella sticks? i've only had them on poutine!

They're delicious both ways, although I prefer fried. They don't taste like mozerella sticks, but the frying is similar. When I moved, fried curds was the food I missed the most! I have them with ketchup or marinara, but people eat them ranch dressing or other dips.
