i will never forget eating fried chicken at church's with a french colleague who was trying it for the first time we were in oakland for work, wanted to grab a quick lunch and he suggested the nearby church's to which i said, ok, because i'm a normal human who likes fried chicken he ordered a 2-piece meal and was already annoyed because it didn't come with a fork or knife, but when he took his first bite, pretty sure it was a breast, the look of absolute disgust on his face... attempted one more bite, spit it all out and then just threw everything in the trash... was reminded of this as i walked by a kfc a little earlier and felt compelled to share 🤣
