good question! in terms of food, i'd have to say variety without it being such a big deal, if that makes sense? i see more and more variety in other countries as well now, but it's often modern/elevated and or fusion takes which tends to be needlessly expensive for what it is. you get this in the US too, but i feel like you can find more range 🤷
