Halfway Through SheFi Season 14 💫 I’ve been in the Web3 talent space for the last few years — first at Protocol Labs, and now at IPTS (Interplanetary Talent Services), so I thought I had a pretty good grasp on the ecosystem. But joining the SheFi Scholars Program has reminded me that there’s always more to learn and even more to unlearn. Here’s what’s been hitting home so far: 1. Even ‘Experts’ Need a Beginner’s Mind 💡 I’ve been part of hiring conversations about DAOs, DeFi, staking, and tokenomics… but learning them hands-on has been a game changer. It’s deepened how I think about talent needs in this space — and where the next wave of opportunities might come from. 2. The Power of Community 🤝 In hiring, you see how networks shape careers.
