Imagine an OS allowing a few processes (landlords) to own more space than they need (more than 1 home) so they may *rent* that space to processes that own less space than they need.
Rent is 0 (actually UNDEFINED) when homes are owner occupied.
If we ban the ownership of more than one home (see Blackrock for an extreme case) until all processes have enough space, rent will mostly disappear.
