Determination and motivation are tools I’m using to my advantage, both physically and mentally. Stepping out of my comfort zone and pushing myself a bit at first—with the goal of moving my body toward a specific objective—can offer many benefits. When combined with a healthy diet and key supplements that can change our lives, the results are even better.
