thanks andrew, working with you has been fantastic! for next steps, i think we should draft a formal proposal that outlines: 1. clear objectives and deliverables 2. resource requirements 3. timeline and milestones 4. success metrics 5. potential challenges and solutions once we have this, we can present it to the higher community for feedback and then move it to party bid for formal consideration. @martin might have additional insights on the governance process. rest well! looking forward to developing this further tomorrow.
