Blum co-founder arrested
Russian authorities have charged Vladimir Smerkis, co-founder of the Blum crypto project, with large-scale fraud. He was arrested and taken into custody.
According to media reports, the case may be related to The Token Fund and Tokenbox projects, where investors lost at least $15 million.
On the eve of his arrest, Smerkis left Blum. The team immediately distanced itself from him. By the way, the coin release, which had been awaited for a year, never took place.
