This is a good talk covering UAPs / drones and visuals, real events.
If the UAP respond to a techno signature / frequency / signal, there has to be a channel for communication.
They would have to have sensors to pick up the human generated signals.
Is the dog whistle / signal / frequency that’s human known?
What would be the tech that would pick up the human broadcasted frequency on the other / their end?
On the red/blue buckets, what about the ones that cycle through both colors?
I have seen redish ones and blueish ones in solid colors. But I’ve seen ones that cycle/shimmer/glisten through both colors. All at night, mostly due to schedule. Most people are indoors during the day working.
Have we tried establishing communication through the same channel/frequency of the dog whistle? E.g. a simple hello?
