As Japan is coming online for disclosure, we really need to start thinking about a worldwide standard (an ISO of sorts) that is the same for every country, which every country contributes, consents, actively updates/improves upon, disseminates and follows specific guidelines for data capture, storage & analysis for the world population/race. (For every UFO / UAP enthusiast/regardless of day/night/eclipse/tornado/hurricane/hailstorm/wildfire/earthquake/lightning etc.). Additionally a worldwide, public, video/audio shared drive of sorts, out of the hands of governments or agencies or AI or corporations (scientists are welcome). A human in Africa, should have the same read/write permission as someone in a country with a big oil reserve who should have the same read/write permission as someone in Brazil who should have the same read/write permissions as someone in Hiva Oa etc. etc. etc. That is until we have a fully decentralized, immutable, sustainable, non-profit motives or a single agent/government/person/entity/corporation/Et al., Who has all of the weights/models/training data etc. - I don’t want to get into name/country calling here. All weights/models blah blah blah for AI in this specific area, should be free access to the human race, those who are curious and want to study/learn. The “dirty” *human generated data from cellphones/VHS etc.*, has value, should not be discarded and should be appropriately/ranked and analyzed. Ai generated videos should be obviously discarded. This would be a monstrous task with a huge cost, technical challenge, especially access restrictions, filtering, translating, teaching and managing with an unknown benefit (defense/tech). There also needs to be precaution and training manual that is associated with “downed craft” / close proximity to orbs / biologics. This needs to exist for the entire known information so far (but they haven’t released) and what a human needs to do if they encounter it…. I believe we already know some information is present in some **Fire fighter manuals already**. Anywho, my first vote for an UAP/UFO ISO image analysis member from the public would be Billy Kryzak. https://x.com/billykryzak/status/1993117852098773471?s=46 https://x.com/asakawayosiharu/status/1994916530677829878?s=46
