When FHE was still research-grade, participation meant sitting with uncertainty — no dashboards, no benchmarks, no “number go up” feedback loops.
That’s the phase Zama is closing.
By formalizing OG participation at the protocol boundary, Zama is drawing a clean line between exploration and execution.
This isn’t a loyalty program.
It’s a timestamp on alignment — marking who committed when verification was hard, narratives were unclear, and conviction had no external signal.
That design choice mirrors FHE itself:
value isn’t proven by exposure, but by correctness that survives without it.
