I'm adding to my morning routine to walk, jog, or run outside as soon as possible to set a healthy circadian rhythm with natural light.
A good circadian rhythm helps with feeling tired at night.
Also natural light while being outside is better than being indoors. Windows can block some useful light wavelengths.
