I'm experimenting with using grayscale on my phone to be more focused and reduce distractions

The home screen button makes this easy to turn  on|off

Set this up on Android by creating a "Tap accessibility button" [1] for "Color correction" grayscale [2]

Also experimenting with grayscale on Mac using a shortcut to toggle on|off 🌑☀️

1. Turn on the “Filter type” “Grayscale” [1]
2. In “Shortcuts” only select “Color Filters” and leave everything else unselected [2]
3. When you use the accessibility shortcut it will toggle grayscale on|off
  a. Press the Touch ID 3 times
  b. Or press "option" + "command" + "F5"
