It's less about what doesn't exist and more about what could use more balance.
Less: bouncing around trends every few weeks looking for network growth hacks.
More: nurturing long term communities/audiences and not capitulating to mandates because Q2 revenue isn't as good as Q1.
In other words, what doesn't seem to exist is a long term vision that stays the course and doesn't try to become the "everything" app
