Naturally these rolls are competitive because the demand outstrips the supply. However, few if any organizations are embracing a system to train and up skill people in this space. Granted there still has to be experience to show from the candidate's part, but a good hiring manager will also recognize other aspects to give these non 1% people a fighting chance.
