A hard thing for people who aren't in the creative or technical space to grasp is that you never rely on just one tool as part of your process.
Ai is a catchall in the same way people used to say "you photoshopped it".
Sure, it's part of the process, but it's only the entire process for those who treat it as a hobby, with no knowledge of other tools to help hone and refine your vision.
This is also why "oneshotting" is such a misleading term IMO
As impressive as some results are, It's easy to conflate a single pass for a finished product that can hold up when put into production. The bottleneck has shifted from creation to maintenance.
