"Still Life #30" by Tom Wesselmann, reimagined.
Wesselmann could not have better represented a 1963 American kitchen, and at the same time the perfect metaphor for modern society (of those idealistic 1960s).
After a decade of increasingly abstract and incomprehensible Informalism, Pop Art artists decided to fill their works with everyday, normal, and ordinary objects that anyone could recognize and that would have an impact on viewers when they saw them as part of a work of art.
