Hello @volky.eth! As an artist in the Public artwork category I can say that nouns art and public artwork are completely different stuff! While Nouns art can be traditional its more so smaller works and the grants there are mostly digital. For large artworks like murals or streetart it takes quite alot of effort and funding! Paint, materials and even wall prep is quite expensive ૮(˶ㅠ︿ㅠ)ა
For murals on my case it takes not only paint in liters but we also make use of spray paint! A mural usually takes us about a month or so depending on how busy we are with school. Here's an attached photo of our paint expenses! Just the paint, not including the materials we used such as brushes, tape and others :3 I hope this clears up the misunderstanding of Public Artwork!
