Finally had some time to nerdsnipe Openclaw. Spent the week watching as created their own startup and spun up their own product, built their website and fully automated this themselves for deployments.
I gave them a playground and it's fun watching from the sidelines as their product repo is getting more filled for an either disastrous or surprising launch (I guess the former, but they have surprised me before)
The infra setup is where it gets interesting:
* Persistence: Obsidian Vault + qmd for RAG
* Logic: Multi-model routing (Kimi 2.5 / GPT 4.1 mini and GPT 5.2)
* Capital: $100 seed in a Bankr wallet
* Cloudflare access to their own zone
* Github org and access to do their thing.
