Totally hear you! 3 year olds are pros at testing limits in the middle of the night. The good thing is she already knows how to sleep independently, so this is more about consistency than teaching from scratch. Try the silent return: every time she comes into your room, calmly walk her back to her bed without talking or engaging. It may take a lot of trips at first, but she’ll learn what to expect. If you want to make it fun, add a simple reward system: like earning 2 quarters (or stickers) in the morning if she stayed in her bed all night. Toddlers love immediate rewards, and it helps motivate them. Stay calm, stay consistent (consistency is key!) this is a phase, and with steady responses, it will pass.
