that is why the system is to blamed. doing people “right” is up to personal integrity with loose “rules.” that is why we felt the responsibility to refund people for failed things, but not everyone can/wish to.
let humans loose without proper consequences and “legal” system (kyc, jail time, freezing wallets - i know, all centralized huh) to enforce then,
even if jesus and buddha were to join forces, there will be defactors who let others down.
even with legal consequences, people commit crimes in pursuit if selfish needs,
with wish wash accountability as is, need i say more?
