If you're a fan of the core gameplay of FPS Fallout games, yes, since it's just more of that. Exploration, scavenging, combat, leveling up, etc. There's a lot less emphasis on story and characters, since they expected players to just do all of the interacting amongst themselves. But that has improved over the years.
