We select our employees on merit, we conduct tests and interviews, and we even run background check on them but we pick our partners in relationship based on sentiments and emotions, 'I just love him/her'. Marriage is an institution that should be built on meritocracy and not mediocrity. And the only way to select a partner on merit, do not get infatuated.
