My HRV dropped big time in 2021 and never got back. My goal for the next quarter is to increase it as much as I can. Any tips? I am thinking: - HIIT 2x/week + strength training 2x/week - Journaling and deep breathing daily

I would guess they are the same differences with ETFs that distribute dividends (stETH) and ETFs that accumulate dividends (wstETH). In some countries, you are taxed the moment you receive dividends, so it's more efficient to accumulate dividends - let them compound and then sell at the end.
