I am wildly annoyed that all colleagues flatter their boss: telling jokes, complimenting him, sharing gossip, giving gifts, fawning, etc. It's so disgusting to watch. I do nothing of the kind, always even - polite, calm, all the work is done, never late, just work without excessive enthusiasm and joints. And the boss doesn't like it. He encourages and raises ZP and in the post of these prying, although many of them even plans for the month do not fulfill, and on me he all on the contrary rolls and is always trying to catch. Then a new head of department came to us, inadequate and autocratic, what only bullshit we did not suffer, when he began to measure the length of the skirt and the density of tights, I freaked out and complained to relatives. They did an internal audit and kicked him out... But shit, now all my colleagues know that it's my relatives. Everyone either comes and starts to me their complaints to dump their complaints that I discussed with relatives, or reprimanded that I'm stupid stupid, that still sit on the rank and file position, with such opportunities.
