I feel like to some extent everyone exists along the spectrum of neurodivergence, maybe not everyone meets the criteria of being diagnosed.

Big facts, but the spectrum does (or should) technically include the “neurotypical” to be fair.

Omg I love this topic but the answer is no. Most people think neurodivergence = unique. Every one is unique and every brain is different but the term neurodivergence is used to refer to individuals whose brains differ in clinically or socially significant ways. The way they process life stands out entirely from what is clinically or socially typical. Multiple illnesses, developmental disorders, learning disabilities are in that category and all those conditions have criteria (duration, age of presentation, number of symptoms) and levels of severity so therefore they exist on a spectrum. Most symptoms of mental illnesses and stuff are things that typical people can experience, they just don't experience it in a way that clinically or socially impacts their life and so therefore they cannot be considered divergent. Just being uniquely yourself is not neurodivergence, it's just being a person. Idk if that makes sense. Sorry if this is bit long😭
